I know this is mainly an integra board, which sometimes leaves us sohc guys confused. My question is what is the psi rating for each pulley size? I keep seeing guys post that a 3.8 pulley makes 8psi, but that is the pulley that came with my charger (supposed to be 6 psi), I opted to get the 3.4 pulley when i ordered the kit ( so i never saw the results of the 3.8) but the 3.4 does about 9.5-10 psi. My kit is on a 98 civic and the pulley is 3 rib....is this different on a 92-95 civic setup from jr?

Do you have a VTEC or non-VTEC head ???
Civics (1.5L and 1.6L SOHC) have different sized crank pulleys, and based on this measurement, I can make a recommendation.

Dont the Civics use the M45 blower, which has to spin faster (with a smaller pulley) to flow 6 psi compared to a M62 spinning slower with a bigger pulley ?
I think this is where the confusion lies. Most of the guys are talking about their GSR M62 setups, where a 3.8" yields 8 psi.

5g JRSC kits DO NOT come with crank pulley. It has to just be a 6g thing because everyone I know who runs a D16y8 or y7 received a new crank pulley. Here is the break down on the blower pulley sizing w/psi:
........... Civic/Teg........Horsepower
#1 - 3.8 = 6psi / 8psi = 130-140 / 190-210
#2 - 3.6 = 8psi / 10psi = 146-160 / 220-230
#3 - 3.4 = 10psi /12psi = 164-178 / 234-248
#4 - 3.2 = 12psi / 13.5-14 * Power loss *
* Intake temp is extremely hot at or above 10psi on Tegs and 8psi on Civics. A few have gotten the 3.4 and 3.2 to work but have yet to lay down dyno #'s or 1/4 mile et's to make it beneficial. For example, what are your times @10psi. You should run 13.8-14.2 ........what is your set-up?
